At Reflection Holistics we offers a calm and supportive space for healing, reflection, and reconnection.
The work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds experience, and that healing can be approached gently, without force or overwhelm.
Sessions draw on a range of holistic and energy-based practices, including sound, breath, meridian work, and intuitive guidance.
Each experience is shaped around the individual, allowing space for the body to release, rebalance, and return to a more natural state of ease.
This is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about creating space to understand the body, to listen more deeply, and to support a return to balance in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
The work is informed by a range of professional training and ongoing personal practice, bringing together both practical understanding and intuitive awareness.
Sessions are held with care, respect, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment. Some session can also be carried out via a secure online link so distance doesn’t have to be an issue.

A deeply restorative experience using sound to calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of rest and renewal.
Silent Counselling & Energy Healing
A gentle, body-led approach to releasing energy held from past experiences.
Using breath and meridian point contact, this work supports the natural movement of stored emotion and tension through the body.
There is no need to revisit or retell difficult stories. Instead, we honour the sensations and shifts as they arise, allowing the body to release in its own time.
